Coach Val has over 15 years of synchro coaching experience at all levels, as well as a lifetime of synchro competition and performance. She qualified a swimmer to the 2011 U.S. National Team and has since focused on promoting the sport through coaching, from novices to elite athletes. Her athletes have placed routines in Finals at U.S. Nationals, and she was the Assistant Coach for the 2016 and 2012 12 & Under U.S. National Teams. She previously coached 12 & Under teams at Los Angeles Synchro and the Meraquas of Irvine, and is now the head coach of Westside Aquatics Synchro in Pacific Palisades.
Val is a U.S. National Team consultant, CCP3 Certified coach, Grade Level Assessor, and a Regional judge. She also performs and choreographs for private shows and film/TV productions.
Coach Miriam has 10 years of competitive synchronized swimming experience, representing teams from Pennsylvania, New Jersey and California. Upon moving to Los Angeles in 2014, Miriam began coaching and performing. She is a USA Synchro CCP 1 coach, and also instructs adult fitness classes. Miriam competes with the team as well.

Coach Jackie has been synchronized swimming for 22 years. She swam with the Riverside Aquettes and Ohio State University. She has won multiple championships throughout her age group & collegiate career and was awarded the Buckeye Award.
After graduation, she performed on board Royal Caribbean's Oasis of the Seas in their world-famous Aqua Show. She was also a tank performer at Yas Waterworld in Abu Dhabi. She later moved to Los Angeles and started performing as on-screen talent and at live events. She currently performs with Aquabatix, an international synchronized swimming company, and is also a coach for Westside Aquatics Synchro. Jackie works in creative marketing and event coordinating, and enjoys running and ceramics.
